About CA IP Mukesh Kumar Mittal

 He is fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is registered as Insolvency Professional with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). He is also enrolled with Indian Institute of Insolvency Professional of ICAI.  He is empanelled with Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh bench as an Insolvency Professional. He is also an Independent Director registered with Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) and eligible for appointment as independent director on the board of listed public companies and eligible unlisted public companies where appointment of Independent Director is mandatory as per Companies Act, 2013. 

 He has handled the insolvency resolution process as Interim Resolution Professional and Resolution Professional appointed by NCLT. He has also handled insolvency applications on behalf of Operational Creditors at various NCLT benches. He has extensive experience in resolution of stressed assets and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law.  

 Mr. Mukesh Kumar Mittal qualified as Chartered Accountant in November 2006 exams of ICAI. He started his professional Carrier of Chartered Accountancy as a partner in M/s Dinesh Khurana & Associates, Chartered Accountants from March 2007 and continued as partner in that firm till October 2009 as branch in-charge of Jind office.

 In December 2009, he had taken the project of digitization of HUDA plots in Jind Distt of Haryana. The project was successfully completed in March, 2011.

 Thereafter, in December 2009 he joined M/s H K Goel & Associates, Chartered Accountants as a partner as branch in-charge of Jind office and shifted his office in Panipat in September 2012 and continued as partner upto December 2014 as a branch in-charge of Panipat Office.

 Presently, He is partner in firm M/s Guglani Mittal & Co., Chartered Accountants since December 2014 and also sole proprietor of M/s Mukesh Kumar Mittal & Co., Chartered Accountants since January 2017.

 He has been in the managing committee of Panipat Branch of NIRC of ICAI during the term 2016-2019 and served on various designations during this tenure. He served the Panipat Branch of NIRC of ICAI as Chairman during the year 2017-2018.

 He has qualified the Certificate course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection, Certificate course on Concurrent Audit of Banks, Certificate Course on GST, these are post qualification certificate courses of ICAI. He has also qualified the limited insolvency examination of Insolvency Professional conducted by IBBI in October 2018.

 He has Extensive experience in internal audit including the Analyzing, preparation of internal audit reports, conducting internal audit studies. He has gained the expertise in the field of project financing and is actively engaged in arranging the finance for the clients based on their requirements.

 He also Supervises tax audits and is actively involved with the taxation compliances and the litigation services offered by the firm. He has Extensive experience in formulating and Implementing accounting Policies/Procedures, Conducting/ Facilitating Audits, Dexterity across Finalization of accounts, Fund Management, Strategic Planning and Internal Auditing.

 He is practising exclusively in the field of insolvency and already having experience as Interim Resolution Professional and Resolution Professional. He has a good experience of filing claims for operational and financial creditors before IRP and Liquidator in case of any company under CIRP.  He is also appearing before Hon’ble NCLT benches on the behalf of Operational Creditors, Financial Creditors, Corporate Debtors etc. and dealing in appeal cases before Hon’ble NCLAT.
